Your Sales Representative is your first contact for almost any question that you may have regarding Western. They can help you answer everything from “How do I get started?” to specific questions about how The Buy Program™ can help you make more money, or any other information. If you receive physical checks, expect your check to arrive 2 to 3 business days after the deal is approved on the internet. If you wish to receive your funds faster, you may sign up for ACH (direct deposit) directly to your checking account. ACH transfers are sent the day after a deal is approved on the internet (pending any holds). Generally, ACH funds are available for withdrawal 24 hours after deposit. Contact your Sales Representative if you would like to set up ACH direct deposit.

When the endorsed check is received, we will contact your repair facility to assist with processing your claim and request the necessary documents, which are:
– Repair facility Form W-9 (2018 version or newer) or EIN letter from the IRS
– Insurance estimate
– Final detailed invoice or repairs completed (invoice must include full VIN)

To expedite your claim, have your repair facility email these documents to repairclaims@westernfundinginc.com. Include your loan account number on all documents. Once all documents are received, reviewed, and approved, a check will be sent via FedEx to the repair facility. The repair facility may also contact us at (866) 600-5449 for any questions or concerns during the claim.
