Auto Funding General Requirements

Customer

• Must be of legal age
• Must have a copy of a valid drivers license in state of residence, unless in the military
• Must have copy of valid social security number
• Must have current pay stub with year-to-date earnings and be able to verify current employment by phone.
• Self-employed applicants must furnish last years tax return and a copy of the last 3 months bank statements reflecting cash flow
• WFI must be able to verify the contract with the customer after the sale
• No open bankruptcies
• No previous WFI chargeoffs

Contract

• Contract must be signed by the customer and the seller
• Contract must be dated
• APR must comply with all current federal and state laws
• Copy of Buyers Guide must be attached
• Assignment must be properly executed to Western Funding Inc.
• No strikeovers or erasures that have not been properly initialed
• Validated Registration from DMV showing Western Funding Inc. lien
• Original and lienholder copies of warranty coverage if included in contract

Sale

• Maximum monthly payment 20% of gross salary
• No 'pick-up' payments past the first payment due date
• No 'pick-up' payments unpaid in excess of the sales tax
• $ 500.00 minimum down payment
• No more than 45 days to first payment
