Since 1962 Western Funding Inc. has filled a need for both the merchant and consumer by providing a financing source for those hard to finance customers. We specialize in substandard contracts, also known as 'Grade C & D' paper. We can help you finance the customer that might normally result in a turn-down. With Western Funding you can count on increased revenues and dependable service.

Western Funding offers many programs or methods of buying contracts. Each program has merit, but with the 'good points' of each program, there are also considerations to be made. Always remember that there are only so many dollars that can be divided; the unpaid balance and the finance charge. Keep in mind that just because one program may pay a few more percentage points up front does not mean that it is the best program for the dealer in the long run.


PURCHASE INFORMATION GUIDLINES

  1. Purchaser must be employed and have the ability to pay.
  2. Must be able to verify income and employment.
  3. Must be able to verify sales transaction with the purchaser.
  4. No skip hazards or consistent chargeoff accounts.
  5. All contracts must be signed with the proper assignments per your Purchase Agreement.
  6. All credit applications, contracts and other documents must be filled out in black ink.
  7. Minimum APR requirement is 21%.
  8. A minimum payment of $75.00.

Processing Requirements

FOR APPROVAL (Please use Black Ink on all forms.)

  1. Signed, completed credit application.
  2. Description of items purchased.
  3. Copy of credit report (if available).
  4. Income verification.
  5. Military - Copy of Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), contract not to extend beyond the enlistment period.

FOR FUNDING (Please use Black Ink on all forms.)

  1. Original signed contract (assigned to Western Funding and properly signed by the dealer).
  2. Original signed credit application with complete personal references.
  3. Delivery/Installation Receipt dated and signed by the purchaser with description of merchandise/equipment.
  4. Income verification (if required).
  5. Co-signer Statement (if required).

NEW DEALER REQUIREMENTS

  1. Dealer Application filled out completely, dated and signed.
  2. Photocopy of Fictitious name filing or Articles of Incorporation.
  3. Corporate Resolution to Borrow (if applicable).
  4. Photocopy of current city or county Business License.
  5. Photocopy of Sales Tax Permit.
  6. Current Business or Personal Financial Statement.
  7. Completed and signed Purchase Agreement.
