The information we disclose, as described above, is to third parties that perform services on our behalf to service our customers' accounts. These third parties agree to strict confidentiality provisions to assure the protection of customer information.
Western Funding Inc. maintains security programs that:

- Protect against anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such information, and
- Protect against unauthorized access to or use of such information that could result in substantial hard or inconvenience to any customer of Western Funding Inc.
Western Funding Inc. herby agress that it will not use any non-public personal information it receives from our dealers in a manner that is inconsistent with the purpose for which the information was provided.
Western Funding Inc. further agrees that such information is provided solely for the benefit of our dealers as described in our purchase agreement - and that information will be used to provide services to our dealers.
